Construction and Development Services in The Gambia
We run five divisions. That is unusual, and it is deliberate: when the same company quarries the laterite, casts the blocks and drills the borehole, a construction project is far less exposed to a supplier who does not turn up.
Our five divisions
- 02Land salesWe sell residential and commercial plots in and around the Greater Banjul Area, and we handle the documentation trail properly because we are a builder first. A plot we would not build on is a plot we will not sell you.
- 03Borehole drillingWe drill, case, develop and equip boreholes for homes, farms, hotels and construction sites — and we finish the job, which means a tested water supply connected to a pump and a tank, not a hole in the ground.
- 04Laterite stoneWe quarry and supply laterite stone in bulk for foundations, hardcore, access roads and walling. It is the most widely used building stone in the region for good reason, and having our own source means our construction projects are not held up waiting for deliveries.
- 05Concrete blocksWe manufacture hollow concrete blocks in 6-inch and 9-inch widths and deliver them across the Greater Banjul Area. The difference between a block that lasts and one that crumbles is curing time and mix consistency, and we do not sell blocks before they are ready.

What integration actually buys you
Most delays on Gambian building sites are supply delays. Blocks arrive late, or arrive green and break on handling. Fill does not turn up. The site runs out of water for mixing and curing and everything stops until a tanker arrives.
Because those four things come from our own operations, they are scheduling decisions rather than negotiations. Blocks are produced against your programme with enough lead time to cure properly. Laterite comes from our quarry. A borehole can be drilled early so the site has its own water from the first pour.
It also means the standards are ours to answer for. When a client asks why a block performed the way it did, there is no third party to point at.
The divisions also work independently. You do not need to be building with us to buy blocks, order laterite or have a borehole drilled.
