This policy explains what personal information Shreeji Development Enterprise collects through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. It is written to be read rather than to be impressive.
The short version
We collect only what you send us in an enquiry, we use it only to reply to that enquiry, and we do not sell it or add you to a mailing list.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we receive:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone or WhatsApp number, if you provide one
- The project location, if you provide one
- The enquiry category you select
- Whatever you write in the project details field
If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever you choose to tell us in that conversation.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, and to keep a record of what was discussed if the enquiry becomes a project. That is the whole of it.
Who sees it
Enquiries are delivered to our own email address and read by our staff. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with third parties for marketing, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and enquiry emails are delivered over an email service. Both necessarily process the data in transit in order to work.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept while they may still be relevant and then deleted. Records relating to projects we carried out are kept for as long as we may need them in connection with that work.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your theme preference (light or dark) is stored in your browser’s local storage on your own device; it is never sent to us and never leaves your browser.
The map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps, and the WhatsApp links open WhatsApp. Those services apply their own privacy policies once you interact with them.
If we add website analytics in future, this page will be updated before any such measurement begins, and any consent required will be requested at that time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will deal with it.
